Manage All of Your Unifi Accounts with Only One Login

To make our life easier, we can now log in to unifi accounts without a password, thanks to the new Digitalme passwordless function, which is available starting today. Let’s have a look at this fantastic feature together.

What is Digitalme passwordless?

Starting March 10th, 2022, unifi Self Care and myunifi app users will be able to use a new feature called Digitalme passwordless login. It’s a new and simple way for users of the unifi Self Care and myunifi apps to access their accounts. Users will no longer be required to use a password to access their accounts.

Here are the steps to log in if you’re a new or existing Digitalme user.
Step 1: Go to unifi.com.my portal or myunifi app and choose “Login/Register.”

Step 2: On the pop-up window, type your email address and press Next.

Step 3: Log in to your Digitalme account and type your name or nickname in the box provided, then click Next.

Step 4: Click Next after inputting your email address.

Step 5: In your inbox, you’ll find a six-digit verification number. For a period of five minutes, the verification code is valid.

Step 6: If you did not submit the verification code within 5 minutes and the code expired, you will need to get a new verification code.

Step 7: Go to your email and manually type in the verification code, then click Next. The verification code must not be copied and pasted.

Step 8: Log in using a personal device or a public device temporarily:

a) If you want to use the Digitalme Passwordless option and are logging in from your device, select Yes.

b) Select No if you’re checking in from a public computer.

Step 9: After selecting your ID type, your Digitame account will be created.

Step 10: In the unifi Self Care site or the myunifi app, click the Accept button to begin your activity.

To login to the unifi self-care and myunifi app, you will need to create a new Digitalme account with a different email address if you are unable to access the registered email address.
