How Do I Verify My Unifi Mobile Account?
|We’ll show you how to validate your unifi Mobile account via the myunifi app if you’re having trouble doing so. To begin, you’ll need your new 10-digit unifi Mobile account. You can obtain them by referring to the new bill that was mailed to you on October 8th.
STEP 1: As usual, register/login to the myunifi app (please use the correct IC). The validation page will be automatically prompted.
You may also look for it manually by going to Profile > Profile Validation.
STEP 2: Verify that the IC number on this page is correct.
Fill up your new 10-digit account number under “Selection-Account Number.”
STEP 3: Check the IC and account number on this confirmation page, as they are very important.
STEP 4: It’s done. Your account was validated and authenticated. Return to your homepage and check your unifi Mobile account now.
*If you are still unable to access your unifi Mobile account, please close and reopen the app.
