How to Reset Unifi Portal’s Password

I’ll show you how to use your digital ID to reset the password for the Unifi Portal.

STEP 1: Go to unifi.com.my and select “Login/Register” button.

STEP 2: Select “Home Broadband/Voice.

STEP 3: A popup titled “Digital ID” will appear. Complete the email address field.

STEP 4: The portal will prompt you for a password. Select “Forgot Password.

STEP 5: Double-check your email address and click “Submit.”

STEP 6: You’ve received an email in your mailbox. Locate the email from digitalme in your inbox. Then, on your email, click the “Reset My Password” link.


STEP 7: Fill up all of the required fields in your new email and then click “Set New Password.”

STEP 8: Congratulations, you’ve successfully reset your password. You can now log into your account as usual.
